Tee Times availabilty and booking procedure changesPosted: 14/05/2020
I hope you all have enjoyed all course if you have been lucky enough to get out and play since the re opening.
I wanted to give you an update to let you know we have been carefully monitoring the bookings and Operational procedures that have been put in place.
We are following the EGU guidelines, and after looking at the bookings we have decided that from Tomorrow Friday May 15th the course will now be open for 18 Holes, you may notice that some bookings have changed as I have tried to pre change as many times as possible, if you are due to tee off on the back 9 please report to the shop and we will move your booking to the front 9 and get you off as close as possible to your reserved tee time.
With the weather looking so nice it was felt if we could open the course up to 18 holes it would be fantastic and we are confident this can be done safely.
I will be changing tee times but if you want to change your tee times to start on the first then please feel free to alter them.
With this in mind we will now be allowing visitors to book 24 hours in advance until Monday and then 6 days in advance moving forward with members still able to book 14 days in advance.
The Driving range will now be opening from Monday May 18th.
AT Coaching will also now be available to do any coaching on the Range and will be sending out an email to you all over the coming days.
Can I take this opportunity to thank you all for adhering to the changes and Operational Guidance that was set the first two days have run very smoothly and that is a credit to all members so thank you all.
IF the Pro shop is busy can we just all please ensure we stand outside whilst there are no more than 2 people in the shop at any one time.
